How do I download and install the software? | How do I Use Click2Doc with POINT?
There are NO know unresolved issues with Click2Doc on Win 95, 98, ME and NT. For Click2Doc Support, First Review the links above, then Read Questions/Answers Below.
If your question is still unresolved, contact us using the email support link below. Click2Doc is 100% email supported.1) Issues involving printing are usually from incorrect paper or size settings or attempting to print at high resolutions of 600 to 1200 DPI. We recommend 150 DPI with a maximum setting of 300DPI.
If those settings are correct, then printing problems are often from using older print drivers or drivers with "enhanced" 600 and 1200 dpi printing. Enhanced print drivers that work poorly with Click2Doc and many other applications.
Update yours if you are having problems. It has a 98% chance of curing your problem and improving your printing speed and performance on your system with all your applications. We recommend using the latest generic OEM Windows driver for your Printer. (The one in windows for your printer without having to get your disk.)
You can add the standard Windows (OEM) print driver version for that printer. For instance HP recommends the generic driver HP 4P or 5P for replacing their enhanced driver when encountering printing problems and incomplete page printing.
Use the OEM version for everyday printing of forms, use the enhanced printer driver when printing high quality graphics or presentations. (graphic arts quality). You will save toner as a bonus!

2) If you print a document set that has a even a single legal size page in it, you must set the paper size to legal when creating the document set. When viewing and printing the created document, legal size must be selected to print.
3) Click2Doc XL does not reproduce color. Licensed Click2Doc XL Users with Operating Systems Win 95 through ME may order the color module for only $18.95. Order here.
4) Page scaling is printer dependent. If your printer offers page printing from legal to letter, you will be able to print a Click2Doc document set using that functionality.
Click2Doc does not create document sets with scaling because many disclosures have a federal mandatory line / font size and weight.
5) Click2Doc has a generous 21 Day Money Back Satisfaction Policy on all downloaded software. Refunds have a $8.50 handling and tracking fee deducted from the purchase price to cover the cost of processing payments and refunds. All refunds are to your PayPal account created when you purchased Click2Doc.
Click2Doc does not offer ANY refunds for ANY reason not requested within 21 days from the purchase date.
Click2Doc is a Windows 95, 98, ME, NT program and will perform within that environment. If other applications do not work with C2D, it is normally due to proprietary file handling by that software publisher, failure to follow Windows software protocol or individual settings in an NT environment.
Regardless of fault, if C2D does not perform with YOUR system, you have 21 Day Satisfaction Policy assurance. See Terms of Service/Sale for additional details.
6) Prior Versions - When upgrading, prior version should be un-installed using the Windows Add/Remove Programs Control Panel. After removing, reboot. Then Install the current Click2Doc version.
7) Click2Doc can NOT be installed for sending documents on Windows 3.1, Dos, Mac or Unix systems.
These systems can receive a file from Click2Doc using the (2nd default) alternative file type and opening with a graphic viewer.
8) Click2Doc file sets CAN be stored on most any media including Unix, Dos, Linux, NT, WIN 2000, floppies, tapes, etc. This makes them perfect for posting on a website for downloading forms, contacts.
9) Click2Doc does not offer demos or free phone support. (Come on, at under $90 bucks for a simple business solution, you only need to use it 5 times to save the entire cost in courier fees) Click2Doc is ONLY available by download at this price.

10) Click2Doc must be used on the second default setting, "Save as File" with some versions of Act and other contact managers when they are used as your email client.
11) AOL and Web Mail users must use the second default setting. AOL Users can expect some of their larger files to be put into compressed "zip" file format when going through the AOL mail ISP. This is NOT required and is NOT a C2D function. C2D files are already compressed. Most AOL recipients are familiar with this process and can deal with it. We deal with it by suggesting a more business friendly ISP. ;-)
12) Many Genesis users have reported several problems. Others seem to have no problems. The problems seem to be related to the Genesis Print Server built into the application. Although use of this server is optional within Genesis, when using this print server in lieu of the Windows print control system, Click2Doc may not work or may perform erratically with Genesis. Click2Doc will still work with other Windows applications on the same computer that use the WIN print system. Click2Doc depends on Windows managing the printing to operate as designed. Try it on your system. Our Satisfaction and Refund Policy protects you if it does not perform to your satisfaction.
13) Some BYTE users have had problems printing batch document sets. We understand many BYTE Click2Doc users have been able to remedy this problem. Contact BYTE support if you can create only 1 document in a set and ask them how to create a multi form print job as a single printing job. Our Refund policy protects you if Click2Doc does not perform to your satisfaction.
14) My system crashed and I do not have a backup. I did not make a backup copy of Click2Doc. Do I have to purchase the software again?

We charge a small fee $14.95 for replacing your original file by download. If you do not have this info, you will not get a refund and you will not have full use of the program.

1) Original email used to purchase
2) Date of the purchase
3) User Name received for registrationuse the same email used in the original purchase. If you do not use the original email, we will consider it a donation to Habitat to Humanity and NO REFUNDS will be made.
