Click2Docmakes it easy to create electronic documents from most any loan origination application (Win 95, 98, ME, and NT) with just a click.  Its as easy as printing to paper. 

Click2Docwill create a document set from most any WIN Operating System.   You can use Click2Doc with contact managers, spreadsheets, word processors, database reports, loan servicing and collection systems and more.

Below is the Click2Doc, configuration control panel.   Choose from the 2 default settings.  One will work best with your existing system.  

The "Registered Details" Tab allows to place your email address and URL (If any) on the opening Splash moniker of every document set you send.    Your clients will always be able to reference you with your documents!

You can also customize the email Message Text with your "personalize" message. 

Set Click2Doc defaults once and forget it.  Simple, efficient, effective.  

 This is the Click2Doc default setup.  Only 3 items to set for your day-today preference.

The rest is even easier.

To email from most any WIN application, simply select File, Print from that particular  application.  

No need to "open" Click2Doc.  Select Click2Doc as your printer while in the application you are wanting to send documents from.   Make sure to select the correct "paper" size under Properties and continue just as you were printing.

 Select Click2Doc from the standard Print Menu in most ANY Windows application.

Click2Doc will then take a few seconds to create a special document set for you to save or email.

Once Click2Doc complete the document set, you will get the selection menu shown below.  You then name your documents, review the default settings, changing ONLY if needed, and then make a decision of whether you want to password protect the document set or not, then click OK. 

This is the dialog box you get from generating a Click2Doc set.  Verify or enter a file name, make your selection and enter "OK".

Click2Docthen follows your instructions. 

If you selected Email Click2Doc File option (requires standard email client with MAPI active), the email client will appear with the document set attached along with your default message.  You supply the email address, personalization of the "cover" messaged and send. Your client has documents in minutes.

If you select Save Click2Doc File option (required for AOL and web based mail users), you simply browse to the folder where you want to save your file and name the document set and click "OK".  You then can send or share as with any attachment.

The recipient can save, read, view and print the documents. They cannot edit Click2Doc document sets.   Your disclosures and agreements are safe from tampering.
