Sending the Click2Doc files is a little slow on large files, BUT they are 24 hours faster than FEDEX, (courier) plus I save about $12 every time I get to use it.  In a few months your company will come out with a supersonic version of C2D!!!!  Thanks for all your help, it is very much appreciated!!!

  Thank you !  Yesterday I received Click2Doc....just in time to avoid the expense of 2 Overnight packages or a trip of over 150 miles to deliver the 2 loan files

  Have been using Click2Doc with Contour for basic documents, ie application, gfe/til and they work good.... I can't seem to get the custom letters (programmed by Contour) to work.  Any suggestions.  SS - Contour User
EZdesk Reply - Contour uses a special system with their custom letters that is not C2D friendly.  We suggest you create your own custom docs in a word processor as a work around.  We also suggest you request Contour to make it easier to implement and use your own custom docs.  It seems to be a problem for a lot of users whether they use C2D or not.
Just wanted to... let you know our company is
using click2doc and its terrific.  I especially like... the idea on emailing an air bill.  Just that alone will save my company thousands in the future.  GS
 

Thanks for informing us about the the print driver issue.  Now, C2D works great AND all our other printing is at least 20% faster.  We had no idea old printer drivers could have such an effect.

Thank you TM for  your suggestions of putting links to the major printer companies so that others could upgrade their drivers easily.  It is a fairly common problem.
