it easy to email documents from most any loan origination application (Win
95, 98, ME, NT, Win 2000 and XP) with just a click.
Its as
easy as printing.
Click2Doc works with most all email systems including, POP, AOL and web based email systems. The recipient (Any WIN 95-XP User) needs NO software, viewer, plugin, download or special instructions. Your documents open on any WIN 95-XP computer with just a click. (Alternative file type for Mac delivery included!) Click2Doc has built-in HUD Consumer Handbooks about Settlement Costs and Adjustable Rate mortgages for additional convenience. After opening their document sets, the recipient can click on the booklet icon and download electronic handbooks required by HUD. No more expensive inventory and shipping of booklets to stay in compliance. Click2Doc will create a document set from most all WIN origination systems that use current WIN printing technologies. Origination software, contact managers, spreadsheets, word processors, database reports, loan servicing and collection systems and more. Click2Doc also has an alternative file delivery type for special use. These files can be used when firewalls, security settings or platforms do not allow a normal Click2Doc file to be received. Alternative files require a recipient viewer. Most Macs, Win 95-ME systems have a suitable viewer built in. This Click2Doc version has been enhanced for future integration to accept legal e-signatures and acknowledgements that can be returned in minutes! This future released optional service for securing immediate signatures is as simple as click, type, send and costs less than postage. One will work best with your existing system. Set it and forget it. Simple, efficient, effective. The Registration Tab allows every document set you send to have your email address, URL or other message displayed when the documents are opened. Your clients will always be able to reference you with your documents!
The rest is even easier. To email from most any WIN application, simply select File, Print from that application. No need to "open" Click2Doc. Select Click2Doc as your printer while in the application your are wanting to send documents from. Make sure to select the correct "paper" size under properties and continue just as you were printing.
Click2Doc will then take a few seconds to create a special document set for you to save or email. Once the document set is completed, you will get the selection menu shown below. You then name your documents, review the default settings, changing if needed, and make a decision on whether you want to password protect the document set, then click OK.
Click2Docthen follows your instructions. If you selected the email option (requires standard email client with MAPI active), the email client will appear with the document set attached along with your default message. You supply the email address, personalization of the "cover" messaged and send. Your client has documents in minutes. The client can save, read, view and print the documents.
